d6 RPS

The d6 Role-Playing System was designed with only one thing needed to play: a six-sided die! Imagine a gaming system where character sheets fit on the backs of business cards and the rules are simple enough to memorize.  d6 RPS was created in the theme of a hack-and-slash coliseum match that could happen anywhere and without rules mediation (GM or DM), but is suitable for even traditional adventure role-playing gameplay. This page will be updated frequently and holds the d6 RPS rules and mechanics.

d6 Role-Playing System Rules

Recently, a number of potential playtesters have become interested in the d6 RPS and I’ve decided to put up a short 1-3 player adventure for a few randomly generated Level One player characters.  Mechanics such as movement haven’t been worked out yet, but feel free to tailor the adventure module to your needs.  Please send all comments, obvious errors, suggestions, praise, your favorite characters and etc. to bweaster@gmail.com or AIM fourtrestwouno.

For those of you who have played the Adventure Module; I would like to let you know that it was a huge dissapointment. d6RPS is at heart and should remain a 1v1 coliseum game and version 2.0 will hopefully be a working perl or java game.
